Rodney Middleton is the founder of The Joseph Strategist Inc. and the author of Home Economics: The Family Edition. For years he has helped leaders and families replace reactionary chaos with intentional strategy.

His work starts from a simple conviction: every household is an economy, and the order a family keeps today becomes the inheritance of the generations that follow.

Home Economics grew out of watching families work hard without a shared plan. Good intentions were present at many kitchen tables, but the daily rhythm of work, money, chores, and faith rarely lined up. Structure was the missing piece.

Over time, that observation became a framework: name the household as an economy, bring every generation into the conversation, and build small, repeatable habits that carry order forward. The eight-week academy is the practical form of that work, shaped around the family table.
